I am looking for a volunteer (or volunteers) to help manage the Amport Community Website.
Whilst I will continue to maintain and develop the website, I could use some help with general management and outreach. We have many ideas for improving the website, but I need some support to move forwards.
So what am I looking for? Simply put I’m ideally looking for locals to:
- Respond to inbound news and events and upload them to the website
- Liaise with local businesses and attractions to ensure that our events are varied and up-to-date
- Liaise with local officials on matters affecting Amport and the surrounding villages
The role/s will likely be fluid and will evolve as the website does.
No previous skills or experience are necessary. All that’s needed is a computer, a phone and a willingness to learn a bit about managing a website.
