The village of Amport is in a corner of north-west Hampshire, four miles west of Andover and over 300 ft above sea level, in the valley of Pillhill brook.
The Amport scheme will now focus on getting full fibre to the remainder of Amport, and East Cholderton, both via the Weyhill exchange.
This fourth update describes plans, progress and issues since 10 June when the last brief was posted.
Volunteers are urgently needed to do a flower arrangement for the church once a year. No experience is needed just a love of flowers!

St Mary’s Church in Amport is a family centred place of worship. We welcome not only our own villagers but also those from the other churches in the Benefice with whom we share our Team Ministry.
Amport Parish Council
The Parish Council is the first level of civic governance, we are a non-political group and whilst the primary aim is to set the precept and have an overview of maintenance etc, we believe our motivation is to promote community cohesion.
