We missed it last year but fear not it’s back with a mighty bang…. join us on the green for a fantastic day jam packed with entertainment.

• HORTICULTURAL…Our horticultural, art and baking show returns (please see enclosed entry form). Open to all residents of the four parishes, entries will be accepted in Amport School hall from 10:30 to 12 noon on Sat 3^rd
• IN THE ARENA…bring your four-legged friend to our fantastic dog show. Win a prize for waggiest tail, gorgeous girl, handsome hound and musical sit. Enjoy the amazing Mullensccote gun dogs, the fabulous Sarum Morris Dancers, take part in our traditional fete games and be blown away by the spectacular Maverick Circus.
• BRIC-A-BRAC…please email phillipslou@yahoo.co.uk or Diana Stephenson dianalinden@gmail.com to arrange home collection for our new pick-up bric-a-brac service. We will be collecting 3 days a week from 13^th June so please get in touch if you would like to donate. Please note we reserve the right to refuse any dirty or damaged items.

We really hope this home service will make it a lot easier for both you and us. Please can I remind everyone NOT TO put any bric-a-brac in the bus shelters.

• Raffle prizes- please contact me if you have any generous donations.
• Your time for set up (Thursday 1^st evening, Friday during the day)
• Your time on a stall-even if it is just an hour.
• Your time for clear up (everyone’s favourite! All hands-on deck please)
• SUPPER ON THE GREEN … … 7:30 pm to late

At long last, it’s party time so get your dancing shoes ready for our traditional post fete knees up. We have live music from the brilliant band ‘Tractor’ and after popular demand, the traditional hog roast is back.
